Extending form submissions to a customisable CRM platform

I joined as the sole designer, I managed product design and UI development, focusing on enhancing user experience and interface design.

Starting as a form builder, it evolved into a comprehensive CRM platform with a landing page builder. We learnt over time what users were doing with the forms and submissions and built it into the platform.
